We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2024 Exhibition on Sunday October 20th 2024 at our usual venue, Poole Grammar School, Gravell Hill, Poole, Dorset, BH17 9JU. Time 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. More details to follow soon.

We are very pleased to announce that the 2022 Poole Model Railway Exhibition is on the 16th Of October. After two years away we are very pleased to be back.

We are sorry to say that the Poole & District Model Railway Society’s 2020 exhibition on the 18th of October has been canceled. Given the current situation, I’m sure you understand.

We are however fully engaged for 2021 and hope you will be able to attend next year.  Once we have more information it will be posted here.

Our 2019 exhibition went very well and thank you to all those who attended.  We had 22 great layouts in attendance this year but as always there can only be one ‘Best in Show’ as voted for by the public.  This year the prize went to ‘Brixham Bay’ built by Judith & Kevin Cartwrite.

This Bank Holiday Monday is the Grand Donkey Derby, Dog Show, Exhibition & Fete at Pelhams Park in Kinson.  And this year, for the first time, they are putting an a Model Railway exhibition and one of our layouts will be there!  The event is hosted by the Bournemouth North Rotary Club and its all for charity.
