We are now a month away from this years show and things are just about sorted.

As sometimes happens with shows due to unforeseen circumstances layouts have to drop out and sadly Pottendorf, the German HO layout, will not be coming this year but the good news is Llaniog Town, a lovely Welsh N Gauge layout, will be. And there is the possibility of fitting in one more layout, hopefully we will have an update on what that will be soon.

In the mean time its back to the preparations for Sunday the 4th Of November.

With our exhibition approaching we are happy to announce some of the Layouts, Trade & Display stands we have lined up for this year.

It’s shaping up to be another great show and we look forward to seeing you on November the 4th.

Martyn’s funeral will be held at Poole Crematorium on Wednesday the 4th of July at 3.30pm.

No Flowers please but donations welcomed to the Kidney Foundation.

It is with great sadness we have to inform you of the death of Martyn Bailey on the 19th of June 2018.

Martyn was a very valued and respected member of the club and will be greatly missed by all members and visitors alike for the friendliness  help and advice he gave to all.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences go to his family.

The year’s exhibitions will have many layouts on disposal but we are very please to announce that we will be featuring Bournemouth West.

Well last weekends show was great fun and I think everybody enjoyed it.  Over the next few weeks we will get some photos up on this site but for now here is a video taken by Keith Tucker who visited on Sunday.

So for now I just want to say thanks to all the visitors, exhibitors, traders and members of my club who worked the show, and Keith for the video.

With the show now over and again a success our thanks go out to James for a lot of hard work which he put into organising  and running it and to all who helped at the weekend with the overall running of the show. A big thanks to all.

Stand 12 was originally meant to be ‘Horsethief Bridge’ as advertised however due to unforeseen circumstances this layout will not be able to attend this year.  The good news is ‘Gilkicker Loop’ has kindly stepped in to bring you another US N Scale layout.

We are hoping ‘Horsethief Bridge’ will be able to come next year.

As often happens there are always a few last minuet changes from the initial plans.  Sadly this year B&H Enterprises can not attend our show but the good news is K&P models are now coming to fill the space.

And we have another layout to add to the list; Morella. This 009 Scale layout brings the total number of visiting layouts up to 15.  Plus we have our own layout under construction, Poole, and our kids layout as well.

So with the 5th of November rapidly approaching its full steal ahead for the 2017 Exhibition!
